可數(shù)名詞vs不可數(shù)名詞
可數(shù)名詞不能單獨使用，要么前面加冠詞（定冠詞或a/an）或者是sb's等某些限定成分。要么就是變復數(shù)。后面的謂語動詞要根據(jù)前面名詞的單復數(shù)，謂語動詞用單數(shù)。
可數(shù)名詞是指能以數(shù)日來計算，可以分成個體的人或東西；因此它有復數(shù)形式，
不可數(shù)名詞是不能以數(shù)目來計算，不可以分成個體的概念、狀態(tài)、品質、感情或表示物質材料的東西；它一般沒有復數(shù)形式，只有單數(shù)形式，它的前面不能用不定冠詞a/an，若要表示它的個體意義時，必須與一個名詞短語連用，相當于中文里的（-+（量詞）+名詞），其中的量詞意義依與具體的名詞搭配而定。例如：
a cup of tea 一杯荼，a piece of bread 一片面包。
如何區(qū)分他們呢？還有一個技巧就是：在自然界中如果把一個東西分成幾份后仍保持原來的性質和狀態(tài)，那么這個東西就是不可數(shù)名詞。例如；把一張紙分成四份后，其中的一份可稱之為”紙“，但把一張桌子分成四份后，每一份只可稱之為”木頭“。
那么紙（paper）就是不可數(shù)名詞，而書桌（desk)則是可數(shù)名詞。把一瓶水分成十份，其中一份還稱為“水”(water)是不可數(shù)名詞，而瓶子(bottle)則是可數(shù)名詞。

Help yourselves!請隨便吃/喝！
該句為主人招待者是一個人，用help yourself;若是兩個人或兩人以上，用help yourselves.另外，help yourself to ...意為“請隨便吃/喝些....".
eg:Help yourself to some bread and eggs.
What about.....?表示“....怎么樣？“用來詢問情況或提出建議；也可以用How about....?來表達。
